Shocking service. Shorts arrived and fabric is thin and entirely see through. Emailed customer service and had zero response in over a week and a half. Managed to get a response through their WhatsApp messaging and there advisor had no understanding and took no responsibility for a poor quality product. Very disappointed & will not be returning as a customer.
Extremely impressed. Placed order on the 14th they were delivered on the 22nd. Contacted the company via Instagram to ask when they would be shipped out and they promptly responded. Got 2 cropped tanks from them and the quality is very good. I went with the 4/S size. I have a large bust but they fit amazing. My busy is 35 waist is 27. Will order more!!
This was by far the worst online shopping experience I've had.
First of all, this company is in China which is impossible to discern from their website. Had I known this, I would never have ordered.
I ordered in April. Over a month later in May, my order had not arrived (far beyond the expected delivery date) so I contacted them. The company neglected to fill out the customs forms correctly and had to fix it. This was the start of a long, very frustrating back and forth.
The package sat without any updates in transit for over a month. The company lied about starting a USPS claim and then refused to refund my money as they originally promised if the tracking didn't update in the 8-12 business days time frame for the "claim". I asked if they could please return the package to sender and they said no.
Now in late June, over 2.5 months since I ordered, it finally arrived. The return address on the package is to a man named Jon, at a gas station in Alamaba. So thank god USPS didn't return it to sender, because then they could claim it wasn't received and never would have had to refund me - right?
The clothing itself is incredibly poor quality. The fabric is thin, the seams feel cheap, and it has a horrible smell (probably from being chemically treated before being shipped internationally). Sizing doesn't match the size chart online. But I dare not return it and end up in another 2 months+ of contact arguing with their poor customer service team. They promised a 20% discount upon delivery "once I was satisfied with the product" but I'm not satisfied, so we'll see if the discount is simply a bribe.
Don't shop here.
